What We Like: Allowed us to check in early at 12 noon (usual check-in is 2pm). Very clean and welcoming ambiance, both inside and outside the hotel. Friendly and professional staff — from the receptionist to restaurant and housekeeping staff, everyone greeted us with smiles and was very helpful. Requests were acknowledged and accommodated. Spacious and spotless room; bedsheets and towels were soft and smelled fresh. Great in-house restaurant with a good selection of food. Pool was unoccupied, so we had it all to ourselves during our last day. Convenient location — there’s a 7/11 just across the street. ⚖️ What Can Be Improved: Pool could use more lounge chairs or shaded areas for relaxation. Some areas of the hotel interior look a bit dated and could benefit from minor upgrades.

"I booked this hotel with the expectation that my family would enjoy the swimming pool. Upon arrival, we discovered fish floating in the water, which leads me to question the validity of their sanitation permit from the city and the room had a strange, unpleasant smell and they ask the staff what is that they smile and go away

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was seamless, and I was impressed by the modern amenities and spotless cleanliness of the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was quiet and peaceful, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring [City/Area], with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were always happy to help, whether it was recommending local restaurants or arranging transportation. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I loved the hotel's location—it was perfect and so convenient for getting around. The food was absolutely yummy, and the breakfast was a delicious buffet with plenty of options to choose from. The room was huge and very comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. However, the building itself felt a bit old and could use some retouching to fix visible damages. Despite that, I had a great stay and would still recommend it!.
