Nice clean hotel, with very good service and friendly staff. A little shop worn in places but otherwise fine. The restaurant is used a training facility so there is a very large staff of college interns standing by to take care of customers. Cabs are out front and easy to take, location is near a megamall and not too far from central Ilo Ilo. This is a very nice hotel for a decent rate and I would book it again. Its not fancy, but more than sufficient for short to medium stays.

Convenient especially if you have occasion held in this hotel. Room is big and spacious. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Had a terrible experience. I booked thru an app but unluckily I booked a wrong date. Tried to contact them thru the app and even call the hotel to rebooked it the following day but they did not entertain it anymore. So i paid for the room that i did not stay.
