It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Very old beds with all springs elevated and hurting while sleeping, the bed sheets were dirty, the bathroom door broken and the W/C worst condition. Moreover there was no water some time and also there were cockroaches inside. Overall it was a horrible experience. I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

There was a girl I don't know her name at the reception. She forced me to pay 220rs extra for the food I jad not ordered or eaten.some how they had an entry in there PC about unknown food and 220rs on my room number. I politely told her that I haven't ordered anything. But she said that I had only eaten. F#@k that

Hotel aarnav displays good pictures of the room, but the room condition and facilities are terrible. Thrice I needed to remind them of no water in washroom. and the washroom was very small and shaby. The hotel is not at all value for money.

Firstly they deny booking after checking the booking price, even after room availability. Poor experience, bed are noisy, tv not working, receptionist asking 200 to recharge tv.. room to small..

Bathroom window glass was broken and mosquitos were coming inside to disturb whole night. Bathroom condition was also poor. Tv did not become serviceable in two days. Cleaning was average. Food was costly as compared to other hotels. So rating is not poor but below average. 2. 5 is the maximum rating for this stay.

The property is not calm at all people are shouting at night Beds are wet and no proper foam was there also bad lights and worst cleaning.

Rooms were not that clean, the bed sheet was torn and the pillow was dirty. The washroom tap constantly leaked throughout. Power backup was not available as well. No pictures

Washroom in bad condition as water leakage, smail, cabot is not properly fitted. Many mosquitoes were in room and most of the room attender boy rudely behaviour of service.

My experience was a mixed bag. While the hotel room itself was decent and met my basic needs, the washroom left much to be desired. On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. However, the condition of the washroom was disappointing. It appeared outdated and poorly maintained. Given the importance of a clean and functional washroom in any accommodation, this was a significant downside for me.

My experience was a mixed bag. While the hotel room itself was decent and met my basic needs, the washroom left much to be desired.
