史泰恩波克歷史酒店 (Historic Hotel Steinbock)

The hotel has a good location with a nice view and is directly by the river. Parking is available with plenty of space, but it is charged per day. The hotel itself feels very old-fashioned. Late check-in was advertised as available 24 hours, but the promised email with the access code never arrived. After calling, someone answered immediately and helped us enter. At check-in, we also had to pay the tourism tax and parking fees. The room was very outdated and smelled poorly ventilated when we entered. The heating barely worked, was only lukewarm, and turned off completely during the night, making the room very cold. When we mentioned this at breakfast, the staff reacted in a dismissive way, stating that the room was not cold and saying “we are not in Africa, where it needs to be that warm.” This comment felt inappropriate and unprofessional, and after that reaction we did not feel comfortable raising further concerns. The room had a balcony with a nice mountain view, but the balcony was shared with other guests, which was not mentioned in advance. The bathroom was private and had a bathtub with a shower, but it was very outdated. Hot water was available, however the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was provided with limited selection, which we were aware of beforehand. The breakfast room itself was fine, but the staff generally appeared grumpy and very loud, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Check-out was easy and uncomplicated. The hotel is relatively inexpensive compared to others, but this does not justify the outdated condition or the way guests are treated. With better service and some renovation, the hotel could be much more pleasant.

Close to the train station. Beautiful location. Clean. The owners were a bit rude.

The owner doesn't like customers eating too much free of charge of breakfast food. And evening nor provide dinner service. So the customer must eat the food outside. But nearly the hotel hasn't been restaurant. Train station has two supermarkets. They closed at 18:00.

環境優雅宜人，房間內香噴噴的，窗外就是一條小河開窗就能看到非常好下次來還會選擇住在這裏

環境優美，位置理想，交通方便，早餐很棒，室內環境温馨，還有燒水壺。窗外可以看到碧綠的山巒，晚上可以聽着水聲入睡，十分愜意！

周邊環境不錯，前面就是一條河，風景很好，無奈在這地方價格都不美麗，實際設施就是招待所級別
