各方面都強差人意，首先要講的是衞生方面，總有一些小蚊子在房間內飛，浴室與相片上的並不相符，很細的一間，估計衹有相片中的2分之一甚至更小。如果胖一點連轉身都難，廁所的廁板隨時會掉下來的樣子。完全不是四星級公寓酒店的標準。隔音效果不好，因為衹安裝了單層玻璃，晚上街上不時有咆哮的摩託車經過，彷彿置身於鬧市中。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring the area easy. The overall environment is nice and welcoming, and I found the atmosphere quite comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. Staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. It may not be luxurious, but it delivers good value for money and I would consider staying here again.

The house was very spacious, suitable for family stay. Only the things not satisfy is the bed very hard & pillow too. The pool was very nice. Will be back for next 永安.

I recently stayed at this downtown hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a filtered water machine, washing machine, and microwave, which was a big plus. There was also plenty of parking space, which made things hassle-free. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The bedsheets felt dusty and could use better cleaning or replacement, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the common corridor leading to the room was noticeably dirty and dusty, which gave a poor first impression. Improving these areas would make a big difference. Overall, it’s a decent stay with great amenities, but attention to cleanliness in shared spaces and bedding would elevate the experience.

Everything was fine, not like the usual hotel check in, we have to go in the lobby backside ourself to locate the keys and put it back after checking out, room is clean, parking are easy to access, bed a bit hard but overall are good.

Our stay at Ipoh ICC Premium Suites was fantastic, and we highly recommend it, especially for families. The location is a big plus. Situated right opposite Ipoh Parade shopping mall and near Ipoh town, it's incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the local food scene. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The building itself is quite new, which means many units are still unoccupied. This makes for a very quiet and peaceful environment. We felt safe and secure, as there were security guards and a receptionist available to assist with any questions we had. The apartment was new, very clean, and well-equipped. It had a full kitchen with all the appliances and cutlery you'd need, which was perfect for making our own meals. The owners also provided thoughtful amenities like towels, shampoo, and body wash. A special shout-out to Ms. Tang. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with very comprehensive and detailed instructions for the check-in procedure. Her assistance made the start of our stay seamless and stress-free. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on our next 永安 to Ipoh.

整體來説很好，是怡保市中心目前為止最新最方便的公寓，有家庭必備的所有設備和器材提供，包括洗衣機，冰箱，微波爐，飲水機有冷熱水很方便，客廳雖小，但設計簡約大氣，也夠一家四口住和休閑。其中最美是他們的泳池，在室內的，不需要怕淋雨曬太陽，很適合帶娃的家庭，那邊也有餐廳提供簡單餐食。也可以有早餐配套。不過我們沒吃，因為怡保是美食天堂，更何況距離這公寓很近的地方就有很多怡保美食，根本不需要吃昂貴的酒店式早餐。這個住宿唯一的確定就是外面的廁所很小，太小了，你可以從圖片看到沐浴的地方基本上如果一個體型大的人進去會很不舒服。其餘的真的不錯，性價比高。蠻推薦，但你可以要求別的單位有的有浴缸但價格稍微高一些。
