Clean hotel with smooth check and and check out process with friendly staff at the front counter. The Aircond is very cold as its centralised and can not Be manipulated. The food during seminar is below average especially the drinks. Super diluted Tea and tasteless coffee and the drinks always come late when the break time is over. Asked a Staff on this and was not Assisting the problem as She is not incharge

Can’t image the hotel charge additional rm 5 for each pillow . Been all around the globe this the 1st me experiencing it.. overall the service from the door up to the room is not helpful at all .This will be the last i check in to this group hotel😡😡😡

The room was a bit of dusty on certain parts such as under the dressing table inside the toilet, window. The hot water shower doesnt seem to function well as the cold and hot water is just the same. However, the staff was very helpful as on the earlier stay, the room air conditioner doesnt seem to function well and the assists us for that. The room was decent with good view. Other than that, we had a good stay and breakfast was goooddd too.

-Inconvenient parking (no basement parking) - has to walk dragging my lugagge from the back of the building to the lobby entrance. -No pool! 😩 - Was shocked to see a lighter in the toilet roll😱. Not sure if it belongs to the housekeeping staff or previous customer (if customer, then they did not check and clean the hotel before I came in then) - Bedsheets were clean but both duvets have stains and did not look like been freshly washed. Felt so gross -The twin beds looked so cheap.. please consider to upgrade your furniture - Breakfast was just basic, not much choice - Room not soundproof at all… can clearly hear people talking outside the room

Booked twin suite for small family for 3 nights. Easy check in and check out. Location just in front of dataran which is very lively from morning until midnight. Many activities for family. Comfortable bed but the aircond not so cold. Got some issue with water heater either too hot or too cold only. Breakfast good on taste and choices. Open parking first come first serve. However, no swimming pool and no treadmill at gymnasium which is quite disappointing for me.

A new hotel, however, there is no dedicated indoor parking. Very limited dedicated outdoor parking lots in front of the building. You have to park freely around the building. There are 2 government buildings on the left and right of the hotel. So you can imagine how difficult it is to find a free parking space.

This is a basic three-star hotel that covers the essentials. Good only for a short stay. The room is a decent size but pretty bare-bones. Most of the room floor is tiled—not wooden, SPC or carpeted —and the amenities are minimalist. The TV set is small and has a limited number of channels. Wi-Fi is not so good, and there is no swimming pool. Parking is free, but it is out on open ground and a bit of a walk to get to the entrance. Difficult when it is raining. On a positive note, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Big thumbs up to them—keep it up!
