多次入住了。房間乾淨，設備齊全，生活方便，全程自助式入住退房，入住機器可選中文和英文。附近吃飯去超市都方便。續訂需重新領卡。

房間很乾凈新裝修，有公共廚房，獨立衞生間，有洗衣房（可烘乾），要提前加老闆孃的WhatsApp得到大門的密碼才能進，有免費停車場，旁邊有百盛廣場，離餐館也比較近，非常適合旅居

設施：很齊全，雖然共享客廳廚房但是應有盡有，廚房很乾凈，還有三個燒水壺一個凈水器。住在隔壁的印度人很友善，告訴我哪裡有水壺，謝謝。入住比較好找，無人看管也很便利。在一個床上發現了一根頭髮問了一下酒店確定是一戶一換備品，就住了一晚也就沒再多問。但是房間不夠隔音，早上外面有很大響聲。睡眠輕的注意。建議室內給配有紙巾盒，全屋衹有一個衞生間有捲紙，四人組不太夠。另外有條件可以加上一次性拖鞋和木梳配上更貼心。下次來怡寶還會首先選擇這裏。

【服務】客服回覆速度稍慢，有wechat和whatsapp以及預訂平台網上三種聯絡方式，回覆有點慢但還好所有問題都幫忙細心解決。很貼心的告知入住細節並提供操作視頻。酒店定位有些不準確但影響不大，性價比較高，衞生打掃的還可以。 【位置】周邊餐廳很多（但一定要提前看好營業時間）。地段打車十分方便，距離景點也不算遠。

Location is good, near city area and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The manager had given instructions to enter the building via whatsapp messages ahead of time as the hotel is fully managed remotely. Took some time on how to unlock the main door, after which it was a breeze opening another 2 doors to our room. Room is clean, spacious, simple and amenities is sufficient. There is a pantry, TV living n dining area allocated to every 3 rooms or so, which is sufficient and good space for everyone. Overall, this place is value for money.

Everything was nice, accept one thing, the toilet tap is leaking, hope can fix it immediately. Easy check in process and it was a nice stay. There is no access from parking to accommodations. 😬😬😬, or did I the one who dont see the access or any stair thar link to the building? 🤔🤔 Overall I love stay here. Will book again if I comeback to Ipoh next time. 😍😍😍

Overall is good! they got free private parking, room is new and clean, there’s laundry services at level 2 as well, the only cons is morning will be noisy as other room customers will slam the door and use outside microwave….customer service is good, remember to contact them via whatsapp to check in and MUST read info they sent as we missed the entrance of private parking

My stay at Resandau was absolutely superb. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a warm, homey feel. I also appreciated the secure parking within the property, which added peace of mind. For the price, it truly exceeded expectations, there was nothing I could fault. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The location is easy to find, and the security feels solid with plenty of steps to enter 😹. The room is very clean and spacious, and I love that they provide one towel per person along with soap and shampoo. The common area is also clean and cozy, we even watched a movie there and really enjoyed it! The WiFi is super fast too. Overall, this place is highly recommended for friends or families to stay! :D
