Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience was quite disappointing. We reached Stallionz at around 6pm and noticed that the queue for check-in was very long, with very little movement. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were informed that the rooms were not ready for check-in yet. The front desk team was also unable to confirm when the rooms would be available, as there were still more than 100 rooms yet to be cleaned. Because of this, we had no choice but to continue waiting. In the end, we waited for more than 2 hours before we finally managed to get our rooms. This was also partly because more than 10 customers in front of us had left for dinner, since no confirmed check-in time was given. We also heard that some customers had been waiting since before 3pm, which means they waited around 4 to 5 hours. 😱 This was quite disappointing, especially after a long journey. On the positive side, the room was nice and clean. We loved the swimming pool and garden floor, and there were many beautiful spots for photos around the property. The amenities were also quite complete. The only small downside was that there was no hot/cold water dispenser available, although mineral water was provided in the room. 😊 Overall, we enjoyed the room and facilities, but the check-in process definitely needs improvement.

The house is new, beds and places are clean, self-check in by getting keys from guard and EV chargers available. Great for family and friends to visit with low costs and great facilities, able to cook, microwave etc ~ definitely come back again🫶

It's a new place, it's like service apt near ipoh town. to find halal food u have to drive off away a few kilometres out from hotel. or just take order from food hailing. inside soon will be convenient shop. so u can buy maggi for alas perut😂. i love stay here. there's a few booth that u can ootd whether at top floor or 2nd floor. will repeat again next time

這間名宿位置很好，交通方便，而且環境很新很乾凈。整體設計很有質感，拍照打卡的角落很多，不管白天還是晚上都很出片，很適合情侶、朋友或 family staycation。

Highly recommended. Very new facilities, hope it can be maintained and still the same in my next visit Level 12 facilities is awesome, everywhere is insta worthy shot. Level 2 area night scene is so nice after lights on Remember bring swimsuit for your 永安.

不錯乾淨衞生

My first impression was quite a grand stallion entrance. Most importantly, nice cozy environment, rooms are clean, well maintained and the kitchen is ready if you intend to start up cooking. Highly recommended to check in for family 永安. You can even check out late till 3.00pm.
