After check-in, I was taken to the first room on the 3rd floor. The water pump that might be located above was very loud and noisy. It is too loud to sleep. I asked the staff to check and change the room for me. Luckily, there is a vacant one that I can move to. There is no elevator, so I do not recommend to anyone who has a big luggage.

Lo único bueno ha sido la ubicación, estaba cerca de todos los puntos turísticos. Pero delante hay una mezquita y no te va a dejar dormir. Además, las ventanas no están selladas y se escucha todo el ruido de la calle. Hay muchísima humedad y las paredes están desconchadas. No lo recomiendo.

酒店位置10分理想 10分接近火車站，只需幾分鐘 房間衞生亦可接受 我住兩晚，但沒有人清理過 沖涼時，水壓10分少 不能暢沐 最嚴重問題係電子時卡，經常開唔到門 好多旅客跟我一樣 在門外不能進入 能解決這問題是一間不錯的住宿酒店 旅包客應該10分喜好

The location is good, near to tourist attractions. There is also a water dispenser at the lobby 👍 However, the maintainence is bad. When we first got into the room, what we first saw was the water leaking mark on the wall. It looks terrible. Then, the handle of the window in the toilet was not attached, so we couldn't close the window properly. Hope the management & maintenance department can look seriously to the above-mentioned.

Basic stay. No lift. Near to Ipoh Railway Station. Cleanliness of the bedsheets and the reception of the TV can be improved further. Thank you.

房間很小，沒有電梯，隔音差，對面是清真寺，一天五次，早上不到6點有大喇叭，這是差的地方。好的地方，位置真不錯，從怡保火車站走過來450m，很輕鬆，出門口就到老街區，二奶巷之類打卡景點，走路去新街區也就是1km左右。怡保不大，人口不多，據本地人説他們平常也是到外面打工，過節才回來，那個時候堵車。酒店自助服務入住，沒有中文服務，不過自助機上可以選擇中文。總之怡保其實不適合沒有車的情況下長時間旅遊，一天足夠，所以這個位置酒店還是不錯的，方便出入

Overall, the service can be said to be good, but facilities such as elevators need to be provided, the LCD TV needs to be replaced with a better one to be more satisfied. Thank you.

非常棒，衞生非常好，設備設施 都很齊全。酒店給100分，晚上附近有小巷咖啡廳 衹是酒店 靠近大路 有車聲，旁邊是回教堂 ，到點會很吵鬧。
