Location is very convenience as it is in the middle of the town & a lot of restaurant nearby. The room is clean & privacy. The process for check in were smooth & deposit return 24 hrs after my checkout. If you look for quiet place it's recommended.

the apartment itself was ok, for its affordability. take note there is no housekeeping service during the stay. and towel replacement only available on request. there is no bottled water provided as well so we have to prepare on our own. what disappointed us during the stay was the LONG WAIT for the lift! each floor has 20 units but it is only equipped with 2 passenger lift and 1 cargo lift. during busy hour we waited for close to 10 minutes in the lift lobby (which is situated in the carpark) with no ventilation! also what made it worse was one of the passenger lift was down during out stay. the drop off / pick up point is not ideal at all. lift lobby no ventilation and foul smell when they transport the rubbish. will not stay again.

The rooms are clean and tidy, feels like back to home and the location was good

Great place to stay for families, the pool is nice too. However, a lift was down and it was a long wait to get inside the lift.. but not byon's issue, the place was a great stay :) this was a stay with an extended night! Very cozy and looks exactly as advertised.

Reasons for the low service rating: 1. Host did not initiate contact with me regarding booking information. I have to send them a message to inquire for a booking that I had already paid for. 2. Host requires a RM200 deposit which my friend who had booked with a different host at the exact same location did not demand. 3. After making the deposit payment in the morning at 10.30am and providing all other information requested, host did not respond to provide any additional information such as unit number and pin code for to retrieve access card. 4. At 5pm when I had finally arrived at the building, I still had not received any form of communication from the host. I had attempted to call their service line (+601157651449) but no one responded to the 6 calls that I had made. 5. At the mailbox area, I had also overheard another visitor that was also facing similar issue where the pin provided to her was not working and that she was also not getting response from the host. 6. Host offered late checkout that I did not need as I was departing early morning the next day. The building is relatively new but the number of lift does not cater to the residents, there are many occasions where we had to skip multiple lift rides as it was overcrowded. The unit itself is clean with basic amenities.

Pro: The apartment is quite new and has a lot of unoccupied units which make it quite dusty at the corridor and lift, that’s our first impression of the place as for the apartment. It was quite clean and neatly decorated. As for location, it was quite convinient as its near city center. We were lucky there was a singing fair at the front of apartment. It was very lively and joyous. Con: Waiting for the lift is too slow. Entry to the parking lot is only 1 entry and encounter 1 car blockage and the whole traffic stop. As for going up the ramp of the parking, it’s quite narrow. Overall: it was a pleasant place to stay.

very nice place, location might be a bit out if you're not driving, but there's free parking the company has very good service, helped me collect my keychain that I forgot pool has a nice view might have a little noise from the roads outside (mostly is good)

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Since it is a new building, some floors are still under renovation. This was my first experience having a blackout while showering at night. I tried to contact the agency, but there were no staff available, so the only solution offered was a room change. We had to spend extra time moving all our belongings to another floor. One suggestion is to consider waiving the deposit requirement, or for the agent to contact guests one day before check-in to reconfirm the booking and deposit payment. I had already submitted my deposit before check-in, but the agency may have missed my message. I only received the entry QR code after being stopped and questioned by the security guard, which made the experience stressful.

A new residency. Overall a cozy and clean stay with carpark provided. Check-in and check-out assisted by security guard. Need deposit before the key is shared and deposit is returned after check-out. No water dispenser. Kitchen utensils provided.
