The building is new, but there are many unfinished areas. The air conditioning in the first room wasn't working properly and wasn't cold. We waited a long time for someone to check, and after confirming it, we were moved to another room. Then, the living room air conditioning stopped working, and no one came to check or care. We had no choice but to accept it. What's even more infuriating is that after checking out, the deposit wasn't refunded immediately, and there was no response whatsoever. It felt like we were trying to collect a debt. They said it would take 24 hours to process. I wonder if foreign tourists don't need their deposits refunded after returning home?

A new residency. Overall a cozy and clean stay with carpark provided. Check-in and check-out assisted by security guard. Need deposit before the key is shared and deposit is returned after check-out. No water dispenser. Kitchen utensils provided.
