We stay 5pax in one room. The room is quite big for 5 of us, best thing about the room is it got a mini kitchen that has a sink, cloth rack and mini kitchen island to put our stuff on that! The room is clean and its in city centre. Gonna stay here again in the future.

ไปถึงโรงแรม5.00 PM.แต่โรงแรมปิดประตูอยู่ ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ มีกระดาษแปะไว้ข้างหน้าประตูให้ไปเช็คอินอีกที่หนึ่งห่างไป200 ม. ไปถึงก็ไม่มี จนท. ต้องโทรตาม จึงได้เช็คอิน ห้องพักสะอาด มีเค้าน์เตอร์ พร้อมอุปกรณ์ล้างจานให้ด้วย มีไม้แขวนเสื้อ ไดร์เป่าผม เตารีด มีปัญหาคือ ไฟ 1ดวงในห้องไม่สามารถปิดได้ และเราไม่รู้จะให้ใครช่วย เลนต้องนอนเปิดไฟทั้งคืน พื้นที่ส่วนกลางชั้นล่างกว้าง มีตู้เย็น เครื่องกดน้ำร้อน เย็น สะดวกมาก ที่ตั้งโรงแรม สามารถเดินไปร้านอาหาร ได้สะดวก

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. The staff were professional and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is also a big plus — close to the town, so order a cheap grab to go to ipoh town. Definitely worth the price and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The bed a lot of hair and make my body itch. Kettle container got stain. Dish wash sponge dirty and got hair. Towels dirty and got hair. Bathroom exhaust fan too noisy. TV not functional. Cannot stay longer due to above issues. Not feedback to owner because no point we only 1 night stay.

Hotel is conviently located within walking distance to many eateries. There is no lift facilities in this place, as such will be difficult for travellers with large luggages to bring upstairs. Another setback for this hotel is there is no private parking facilities available. Only street parking and difficult to get one during office hours.

even check in at 2am in the morning is simple, good and clean room as well as very good communication between me and the hotel. very nice, surrounding have great place for breakfast as well.
