小紅書一個眼鏡男遊怡保推薦的。建築物原來不是專門為設立酒店而備的，更似改建而成，隔音不好，幾乎所有房間裏有空調管或風機振動循環的噪音，睡不好！雖然附近永旺超市購物吃飯方便，酒店服務也還好，但對噪音敏感的並不推薦。

Clean compact but poorly lit room; generally pretty basic. A fridge would have been useful. Breakfast was included but I would have opted for a discounted no-breakfast option, if one had been available. Sadly the complementary high tea was also not worth the calories. Proximity to a large mall was a key plus.

Nice decor of the hotel and room. The service in the restaurant was good and food is nice. Unfortunately the service from the check-in concierge's attitude needs to be improved on. What a pity as it led to a disappointing first impression.

Nice boutique hotel, walking distance to Aeon mall and eateries Delicious local cusine at their cawan mu restaurant.Shout out to the guy at the reception Partiban been very obliging and pleasant .The onlyonly drawback that need to be improved is the bad lighting to the room which appears quite dingy

第一天入住已問酒店拿拖鞋，前台一直說沒有貨到第二天會給我們，直至我們離去最後也是沒有拖鞋的。酒店還推說供應商遲了交貨。 洗手間及洗澡是同一空間，抽氣設施很差，基本上洗手間一直都是潮濕的

There is sort of a lounge or seating area outside our rooms. There is complimentary tea, coffee, water and snacks throughout the day there. It is a very comfortable place to sit and chat. We also had our takeaway supper there. Hotel also offers one complimentary afternoon tea. Hotel is surprisingly modern, nice and clean.

Pros - The room is spacious. Love the sofa, very comfortable. The common area is nice, cosy, with free flow of coffee, tea, water and snacks. Plenty of eatery nearby, a big shopping mall just across the road. Cons - management needs to seriously look into housekeeping quality. Do not use old and torn linen. I have never seen a hotel with torn pillow cover and floor matt.

We checked in around 5pm. Found some rubbish and a finished coffee can on the uncleaned table left by the last guest. (pix 1 & 2) And a pair of worn slipper (pix 3) by the last guest. We informed the reception to send the house keeper to clear and wipe the table. The bell boy came to our room after 20 minutes to take pictures and when I asked him to clean the table, his reply was he needed to submit a report and he left. He returned after 10 minutes with a Broom and shovel and a dirty/unwanted cloth, which he used that to sweep the rubbish and the coffee can into the shovel. He also swept the slipper into the shovel. And left all of them next to the public waste bin right outside my room. (Pix 4) The table was not clean at all. We will never return to this hotel. Terrible service. Not recommended. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible experience.
