房間乾淨 位置也不錯 服務也沒什麼問題 但是前台給了一間對着大馬路的房間 玻璃隔音又很差 整個晚上和睡在馬路邊一樣 聽着摩託車和汽車狂飆 根本沒有休息好 大家有的選務必選個背對大馬路的房間 不然晚上別想睡覺

酒店很寬敞，泳池有點小，而且在戶外底樓，外面車輛隱約可看見。廁所也很大，算是蠻安靜的，大廳環境也不錯

設施老舊且簡陋，淋浴間衹有頂噴，洗澡不方便，玻璃門衹隔了一半，沒有完全乾濕分離。沒有提供瓶裝水，需要自己去樓梯間打水。房間裏總一股黴味，浴巾也是，而且連浴袍都沒有。地理位置較偏，周圍啥都沒，去哪都要打車，走路都20分鐘以上。酒店大堂倒是挺氣派。總之，這個房價最多值200，不能再多了。。。。

地點優，但是隔音比較差 翻新酒店，有些設施比較舊 整體格局還不錯，有透明電梯 底下停車場沒有電梯通往大廳 樓下有家很不錯的咖啡廳 咖啡甜品讚 附近沒什麼商店、餐廳，駕車近距離可以抵達怡保老街。

A newly refurbished Hotel. 5 minutes driving distance to town like Lou wong chicken rice or 7 min to Ipoh parade. Everything look nice and the rooms are big. We booked a deluxe room. Breakfast spread was acceptable 6/10. Parking will be a bit challenging during weekend or Ph when you come back to the hotel at night. The pool is outdoor but it’s really too small. Unless you just need a deep. Will stay again on my next visit

Had a good stay at this hotel! The reception staff were super efficient, friendly and polite, which made check-in and check-out really quick and easy. They even let us check-in early since the room was ready, really appreciated that after a long jouney drive! Love that they gave helpful info up front, like where the water dispenser is (near the lift) and car park ticket validation. The location is strategic close to town and the attractions we wanted to visit. The basement car park was convenient and well-maintained. The room was satisfactory, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. There is also a lovely cafe on the ground floor with a modern design, perfect for spending a relaxation afternoon with a cup of coffee. They serve delicious cakes too! Overall, a pleasant stay with good service, and conveniet location. Highly recomended!

The Hotel located nearby downtown and opposite turf club, which are quite convenience but not a walking distance to most of the tourist spots, but not too far away if you took a taxi/Grab. Service was great and the check-in/check-out process was quick but is required to pay a fee of RM3 upon check-in which is applicable throughout the state of Perak as informed. Room was assigned on the highest floor, 10th floor and the room was cleaned but could be cleaner, and no bottle of water supplied in the room, but guests could get drinking water though the dispenser near the lift at each floor. Affordable price compares to other hotels within the city with its location, services and amenities. A great place to stay.
