This is an old hotel currently undergoing renovations, so it's not very appealing at the moment. Only one lift is operational. However, the breakfast offers a good variety, and the room is spacious with a nice view

Its an old hotel currently under renovation so not much good for now. Hope after the renovation finish will see a much better improvement. However this hotel is liked by many VIP’s though. The services of course very good.

Stayed at this as hotel it use to be the best hotel in Ipoh when I was young. Over the years a lot of new hotel in ipoh. Impiana hotel is not like it use to be. Very bad staff management. Room that I book I wasn’t sure it was a premier room as some of other family members book a normal room look exactly the same as my room. The rooms also very outdated and only 1 lift was working out of 3 lift.

房間是真的很大，床也很寬，小黑哥很熱情的幫我們送水，送衣架，而且冷氣也夠足，房間乾淨衞生，早餐的種類也很多，可選擇性高

Avoid this hotel at all cost! Very run-down hotel, they just started renovation, so wait until they finish renovation then only stay here. Parking at basement and u had to climb up staircase to reach hotel. The ceiling of the bathroom is full of mold (as shown in photo). Wash-basin also blocked, when maintenance staff came to pump, OMG look at those rubbish trapped (as shown in photo). Windows also very bad sound-proof. They are doing renovation now, very noisy in day time.

Perfect 3days stay in premier room, it’s clean n nice mattress n pillow I feel very comfy to stay btw. Staffs is kindness with good smile. WiFi issues keep disconnected until the last day the whole day WiFi is totally not working till I check out still same. Overall is good

Hotel is undergoing renovation and with only one working lift. Location wise not really near any eating place but luckily grab is easy. Else for this price point, it is a decent hotel. Just make sure there is no more renovation going on.

The room is big, clean and comfortable. However, the gym room still can improve thier equipment for us and the swimming pool is temporarily close for maintenance. However, the service is very good and staff so friendly and helpful. Keep the good job. Great !

評為4星 應該是很多年的4星 酒店外觀很復古 lobby 看了會有點class 房間不行 打掃得不乾淨 房間地毯有針 幸好是紮在襪子 椅子壞的 床鋪是沒洗乾淨的床單 廁所有異味 花灑壞的 燒水壺裡有異物 反正就是很舊的酒店 衹有一架lift 可以用 請把酒店房間的東西先換新的 才接待客人 直接和經理説明 經理換了間比較乾淨的房間
