Good location within walking distance for Ipoh popular eateries. Just parking lots not enough especially when other occupant’s inconsiderate in parking their car. Otherwise it’s a decent budget hotel.

非常差，臟死了，一天衹給兩瓶水，多了堅決不給，打掃衞生的人員就把各種床單毛巾滿地堆，床墊上臟兮兮，穿着衣服睡覺，不敢皮膚接觸，在國內這種質量的不多見了

First time staying this Ipoh downtown hotel with family. Front office always smile and polite with me when I check in. Location good with attraction place and food. All famous dim sum is behind the hotel and just walk about 5 minute only.

Strategic location. We come for food, restaurants surrounded in just walking distance with few minutes no matter day or night time. Cleaniness are acceptable. Sound proof: hmmm.... Acceptable coz hotel facing the main road. Staffs in the hotel are friendly and nice. Worth with the price that we payed.
