酒店冷氣非常之糟，不能調整，叫工作人員修理，未能幫忙。浴室花灑沖涼水弱，熱水沖涼不能持續供應熱水，差！早餐非常一般，工作人員態度散漫及清潔不足，整體來講，不會再入住。

Smooth check-in. Big room suitable for families. Comfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom ok but shower cubicle cleanliness needs improvement. However, housekeeper quite friendly. There’s free car park in the compound. Far away from eatries, but can order grabfood. Quiet at night. Cozy restaurant downstairs for coffee2. Overall satisfied with my stay. Will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at M Roof Hotel in Ipoh. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is great — easy to get to Ipoh’s famous food spots and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities and the overall design, which felt fresh and stylish. Definitely good value for money.

Facilities may not pretty good 不滿意洗髮水的香味, 地點真的不錯，走一分鐘就有素食館。 要酒店卡才可以上樓去游泳池，gym，安全性可以。 最喜歡的或許就是佈置了～其他的普通。

酒店很好找，就在臨街，很明顯的一家。房間總體來説還是蠻不錯的，基本設施都有，免費停車，每個房間要收3RM的城市税。窗外景觀還是非常優美的。這家性價比蠻不錯的。

The bed sheets and pillows were clean and tidy, which I appreciated. The view from the room was quite nice. However, the bed made noise whenever I turned over. The bathroom and toilet doors were hard to open — they seemed broken. The window was also quite dirty. Hope these issues can be improved for a better stay.

I booked 2 standard rooms and gotten free upgrades to family suite with 2 bedrooms. Has nice pool. However the wifi connectivity is very poor inside the suites. Not really acceptable for hotels nowadays as wifi technology had improved so much over the years.
