最糟糕的一次旅行，全家失望。從來沒寫過差評，這是第一次給目前最糟糕最失望的一次酒店預訂。 全家5人特意定了包含帳篷床的三床兩卧為慶祝孩子生日，出發前還給孩子們看了訂單上帳篷床的照片，孩子們很開心。結果入住時給了無帳篷衹有兩個1.5m床房間。孩子們沖進房間找帳篷，結果得到了很失望的一次生日旅行。馬上跟酒店溝通，酒店説沒有帳篷了衹能加一張單人床。我付了較多的費用預訂好的房間，結果私自給我了一個差的房間。晚上我們外出時送來了一個薄薄的床墊連被子都沒有，請看照片。我們回來看到後跟酒店聯繫拿被子結果下班沒人理，衹能3個人睡一張1.5m床蓋一個被子。永安：酒店客服説你們不在他們的系統裏，所以給我們錯誤的房間。請你們溝通清楚。你們的錯誤不應該客戶買單。

Splendid location if one plans to visit Big Box and X Park. The apartment is well furnished with a loft. The lower level room has a high ceiling and houses a tent bed, ideal for kids.

Place was very clean and much nicer than we expected. However, the check-in procedure was a little troublesome with payment of deposit (and you have to wait 1-3 days for refund of deposit).

Check in and parking needs abit of understanding.. need to let security counter know car plate number and then access the mailbox and lock to access the room door access cards. Otherwise all good and place is well equipped with necessary appliances such as washing machines, water boiler and cutlery.

Driving up 5 levels to park in a designated carpark where 80% of the carpark was empty was a very very painful process Jb city rentradise doesn’t have prosper personal data protection process. Placed me in an incorrect WhatsApp and did not confirm they had closed that chat despite me asking. My personal info shared with staff for checkin was also shared with the other customer in hat incorrect chat. All staff said was ‘sorry’..

Pretty value for money with such a spacious room. Enough amenities provided like bath towels and toilet paper. Fuss free and convenient to find many food options nearby.

Very clean except the bathroom has a constant stale odour. Everything is provided for in the apartment and Sunway big box and Starbucks nearby. Shuttle service is also provided for as in picture. Lots of shophouse restaurants just across the road. 8min drive to legoland.
