The homestay management is very responsive. However, it is quite troublesome to go in and out from the residences as you will need to register at the guardhouse everytime you enter the premise despite already showing them the unit card. There is tower provided , however, you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

I do not recommend this condo for business travelers seeking a good night's sleep. The single bedroom mattress was old, sagging into a U-shape, and very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the unit was extremely noisy throughout the night from what sounded like plumbing in the walls, making it impossible to sleep properly. Additionally, the toilet was not clean upon arrival, and there was no coffee provided, which is a basic amenity for a rental. A very disappointing stay.

A Comfortable stay. A little difficult to find the place at first especially @nite. Few condos have the similar name Medini and the condo name not easy to see it. Unit is clean and well equipped and the condo has the necessary amenities for recreation. No convenient store at the condo so advisable to get some groceries beforehand. Host is friendly and helpful. Prompt reply on our inquiries. Highly recommended.
