Bad management servis..Servis untuk check in lambat & proses untuk refund security deposit sampai sekarang msih sy belum dapat refund.. Saya check in 20/12/2025 & check out 21/12/2025.. maklumat refund deposit dah diberi pada 22/12/2025 tapi sampai sekarang 25/1/2026 saya masih belum terima refund security deposit rm200.. sorry but saya tak akan booking di sini..

Super poor response, no statement mentioned during booking will charge deposit. After the booking completed, had contacted the manage for checking process on 17/11/25 (Monday) mentioned will charge deposit. The deposit should refund after checkout and confirm by management no damage on the units (within 2 working day) but till today Thursday (4/12/25) no one respond from the management on the refund of deposit.

This homestay is the worst I've ever seen, the service is supposedly good but promised to return the deposit until now I still haven't received my deposit.. I'm doing this because I don't want others to suffer like me.. this was promised on this date and that date but the ******* didn't pay!!! Please make this place viral, it's really bad..!

再次驗證了便宜有便宜的原因。首先，光辦理入住就花了兩個多小時，是我在新山住的四個民宿中體驗最差的一次。密碼告知錯誤，收款二維碼提供了兩次才對，回覆非常不及時。到了房間一看，更崩潰！一推門，有點黴味，門後有一條大大的裂痕，窗簾拉不開。。。。。不能貪圖便宜是我這次最大的收穫。
