房間乾淨衞生，附近空氣很清新，早餐十分豐富有部分是東南亞風味歺，不一定適合華人口味，離市中心相對有一些遠，但是打車也很方便，另外酒店泳池挺好的

這是近期住過最優秀的酒店！位置好、服務棒、衞生絕，沒有任何可挑剔的地方。房間設施新且齊全，床睡得特別舒服，早餐種類多還好吃。工作人員專業又熱情，全程體驗感極佳，性價比超高，已經推薦給身邊的朋友，閉眼沖不踩雷！

酒店整體位置算理想，附近停車場都可以免費停靠。附近有兩處商場，ㄧ區是超市、另一區是服飾娛樂。房間的部分，使用空間大，舒適度佳。有點可惜的是，被單上有污漬。

I booked a deluxe plus twin room with sofa bed and deluxe plus king bedded room, but upon checked in was told not available. We were given standard twin bedded room and compensate by given fruit basket for each room. I have no choice but to accept. This will be my last time booking this hotel.

Good stay and value for money. Location is far from city square city centre, only worth it if shop at Sunway wisma, Citrine mall, or grab to Aeon Bukit Indah. From Sunway citrine to Wisma mall is more than 1km away not recommended to walk. The emerald lake beside Citrine mall is worth visiting and the area also has Korean bbq, vegetarian Vine cafe etc. Nearby hotel has X-park, golf and cinema for entertainment. Bed is big in size but a bit hard, pillows are not soft type and it’s not an issue if not so particular. Cleanliness is good. USB A and type C charging are provided.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The facilities were top-notch—clean pool, well-equipped gym, and a wide variety of breakfast choices that were fresh and delicious. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shops and attractions. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent location for the Maybank cycling 140km event! Near start point. Also central to shops and restaurants. Supermarket nearby to buy groceries for early breakfast as they said breakfast serving only at 6.30am! Race starts at 7! Easy check out and they gave late check out when booked In advanced!

Clean big room for coupling Go down hotel, eat and shop no problem. Ut not many choices. If want shop and makan more, need Drive out or grab. But grab no promise can go out or come back because area far from central jb. But lobby very crowded with noisy and talk big people

2nd time staying at this hotel as we like the spacious and clean room. Only con for this stay is that we were assigned a room which is connecting to another. Requested for a quiet room when booking as I am a light sleeper. Can hear laughter, cries and voices from the next door connecting room. Kids were jumping around and laughing and adults were talking (not sure if it's loudly) but I could hear it from next door at 1am. Do request for a non-connecting room if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was average.
