洛卡馬爾酒店 (Rocamar Hotel Isla Mujeres)

el lugar está muy hermoso, la vista de la habitación fue soñada la cama las almohadas, agua caliente precioso todo , solo que nos hubiera gustado que el servicio de guarda equipaje no tenga un horario tan reducido o bueno que sea una tarifa más "económica" el guardar el equipaje, no 100 pesos por hora pero si eran 50 pesos por hora lo hubiéramos pagado.

服務很差，房間也很差，離沙灘也遠，不推薦。

La ubicación es excelente, tanto de la estación del ferry como de playa norte. La habitación que tenía reservada, tenía humedad en las almohadas, lo resolvieron rápido y me cambiaron de habitación. Elegí el hotel porque tenía servicio de guardado de equipaje pero después de las 15hs es pago y eso no lo especifican en los detalles de la reserva.

A short walk to playa Norte and the shops/restaurants/bars. Gorgeous views over the Caribbean Sea with stunning views of the sunrise from the hammock. Would come back!

Was an easy walk from the port to the hotel. They had a pool but I didn’t get in it. My room was just as described online with a hammock outside the balcony and the water with the sunrise in the morning was amazing. Only thing I would mention is the bathroom door is see through so there is no real privacy in the shower or toilet, also the door didn’t lock. There was a fridge and ac unit. Overall a nice place to stay.

唯一優點就是位置好，衞生間太簡陋了

風景優美，提供飲用水。設施簡陋衞生間都沒有浴簾鏡子都花了更本不能用

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The check in process was quick within 5-10 mins and we were given the quiet room type as requested when we booked which is great. Room is big and clean with amazing ocean view and come with your own private balcony and hammock. Shower water pressure and temperature were on point too. We were worried about the Wi-Fi due to the numerous complaints seen online but surprisingly it was great throughout our stay at the highest floor! Fresh drinking water located the lobby with hot drinks making facility and they also provide microwave which is a bonus. Location is very strategic as well, just get off the ferry pier then walk straight up the road and within 2 mins you will find Rocamar. Supermarket (Super Aki) is nearby too, within 1-2 mins walk only. So as the restaurants, laundry services and souvenir shops which were less than 5 mins walk. We would highly recommend this hotel. Con: They can improve on washing the towels, though cleaned but still stained.
