If you’re considering booking this hotel, there are a few things to keep in mind. Firstly, the hotel is a 4–5 floor building without an elevator, and the stairs are quite steep. Even rooms on the first floor require climbing about 25–30 stairs, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. On arrival, although we had booked a quadruple room, we were initially given two separate rooms because our reserved room wasn’t available. Fortunately, we were able to find a suitable room on the first floor. The cleanliness was average. Room cleaning is not done daily—only when guests check out or upon request. Reception staff were not particularly helpful, so it’s a bit of a gamble what kind of service or room you’ll get. The location is both a positive and a drawback. It’s very close to Istiklal Street, Taksim Square, and about 1 km from the Havaist bus stop, which is convenient for transport. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby. However, the area is noisy, with pubs and street activity continuing until 4–5 a.m., which might disturb light sleepers. There is no breakfast provided, and while there is a shared kitchen on the ground floor, it’s not easy or pleasant to use. In summary, if you’re on a budget and don’t mind stairs or a bit of noise, the location is the main advantage here. But if comfort and consistent service matter to you, you might want to consider other options.

The worst hotel I have stayed in until today and the worst treatment from the staff. They took me to another hotel and did not want to give me the room I booked. The cleanliness is zero and the treatment is zero. They are just exploiting the customers.

Отель ужасный, никому не рекомендую , выглядит как притон, антисанитария, люди , которые в нем находятся - обманщики. припарковаться было негде , администратор отвел нас на платную стоянку , так еще и накрутил цену сверху для своей выгоды. Когда мы зашли во внутрь увидели , что фотографии далеки от реальности. Внутри отель выглядит как притон. Оставаться там не захотелось , мы уехали. Было желание вернуть деньги, но это не удалось, администратор врал , что мы не остались там из-за парковки. Но если вы туда заселитесь , вы поймете ,почему мы там не остались………The hotel is terrible, I do not recommend anyone, looks like priton, anti-sanitation, people who are in it - deceptive. there was nowhere to Park , the administrator took us to the paid parking lot, and also put the price on top for his benefit. When we came in, saw that photos were far from reality. Inside the hotel looks like Priston. I didn't want to stay there , we left. There was a desire to return money, but it was not possible, the administrator lied that we were not there because of the parking lot. But if you're in there , you'll understand why we're not there.

It’s not a good stay .The room was different from their picture. Some of drawback we found there • No proper cleaning •Bed sheet and Beds are with stains •poor WiFi inside the bedroom •No lift we are in fourth floor •Drinking water not Avilable in bottle its in the reception only, with a not working purifier,so we have to struggle for step down and up •Totally a un maintain atmosphere •Located area also not impressive •No car parking Positive •Breakfast was average • staffs are better with communication

Очень понравилось расположение. Прямо возле улицы Истикляль. Между метро "Таксим" и "Шишхане". Это мне и было нужно. Рядом костёлы и православные храмы. И цена для центра города отличная, на тот момент была самая недорогая. Также включены были в неё завтраки: шведский стол. И весь день можно наливать себе чай, кофе и воду. Понравилось отношение сотрудников и их приветливость. Огорчило, что в номере под кроватью был мусор, что встретила на кровати таракана, что ручка душа была сломана и сильно протекала, а также в душе льётся вода по всему туалету, поэтому вещи надо заранее вынести в комнату, чтобы не намокли. В душе я поскользнулась и ударилась спиной об унитаз. И постельное бельё было слишком не новым: было чистым, но не новым. Благодарна компании "Трип.ком", через которую бронировала этот отель. Первые сутки в номере не было воды (но так было во всём районе, и сам отель был не виноват) и невозможно было ни умыться, ни помыться, ни воду спустить, ни даже руки помыть, и компания "Трип.ком", начислила мне за это компенсацию бонусами, а также компания начислила компенсацию в своих бонусах за всё вышеперечисленное, что принесло мне огорчения.

Otelin konumu iyiydi fakat odaları pek iyi değil 404 numaralı odayı verdiler odada klima sıcak ayarda çalışmadı ve odadaki koliofer bozuktu. Ve çevredeki gece klüpleri oldukça fazla seslerden uyuyamayanilirsiniz. Otelin kahvaltısı iyiydi bir çok çeşit vardı bunu beğendim

The hotel was located very close to Taksim square. The location was great. The room we book was small but cheap. Value for money was excellent.

Chambre qui ne ressemblais pas du tout au photos, tout était réparer a l’arrache, chambre pas très propre, seulement le lit étais a peut près convenable. Frigo repeind a l’intérieur avec une forte odeur pour tout ce que vous mettez dedans… Petit déjeuner très basique et pas terrible. Je ne conseille pas du tout cet hôtel miteux…

I had a very poor experience with these hotels. I booked hotels 5 days after I went to the hotel and I got the key after we lived 1 night After the morning we went outside the place 3 days That's time in the hotel's person without asking to open our door and take all the bags throw away and they gave our room another person when we are gone that time we open our door to see inside many people sleeped this not fare it's very very wrong and hotels guys doing very bed behaviors. More experience like in listing pictures showing very beautiful but this nothing really in Said very poor area. Please customers be careful with these hotels.
