When i reach the hotel for check in, my comfort suite wasn’t ready and it need 5-6 hours to be ready. So they gave me a lower grade room for these 5-6 hours to fix the jacuzzi. And when i asked for compensation which is few hours extra (late check out ) because my flight at 9:30 pm they refused and refused even to give me any type of athor room for compensation. Also the breakfast is not worth the money Over all , was not bad experience

We are very satisfied with this apartment with full services similar to a 4 stars hotel; daily cleaning, generous breakfast and an all day coffee and tea lounge. We stayed in a 50 sqm comfort room with sea view on the 6th floor, the Bosporus view from our room is far better than the view from the Four Seasons Hotel across the street and costs 10 times less. Our host at the apartment , whom I forgot to ask his name, was very kind and care to answer to any need we have. The only drawback is that the apartment is not accessible by car. We have to walk 100m up an easy stair. The front staff is ready to help us with our luggage to and from the street level. We are impressed with all the staff at the apartment, front office and at breakfast. Location is also very convenience, bus stop in 100m, restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distant.
