Beautiful hotel with outstanding service, amazing food, and a fantastic location. My stay at Aliee Istanbul was overwhelmingly positive. The hotel itself is stunning — I loved the facilities, the attention to detail, and the artwork throughout. Staff were fantastic, welcoming, and attentive. I was greeted with a welcome drink and even received an upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. The food was exceptional. Breakfast was elaborate and spectacular — exactly the kind of experience I love. I didn’t manage to access the hotel bar due to a private function, which was a minor disappointment, but the coffee shop outside is incredible and definitely worth a visit. The room was beautiful, though initially on a noisy main street. They quickly accommodated my request for a better view. Later, road work at 2 a.m. forced a room change, which was handled immediately, and they provided a new room with a bathtub I had requested. A minor issue with the air conditioning was resolved promptly, and the duty manager offered a free massage as compensation. The concierge service was excellent, providing helpful suggestions. The only minor drawback was the day-永安pany they recommended — it didn’t fully meet my itinerary and was a bit overpriced, but the hotel promptly arranged a refund. Overall, Aliee Istanbul combines beautiful design, exceptional food, thoughtful service, and a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again and again.
