酒店位置非常好，離主要景點步行可達，稍遠點也可以坐電車，非常方便，早餐不錯，服務也不錯，熱情周到，房間稍小，老城區核心位置寸土寸金也沒辦法，總之瑕不掩瑜，連住了3晚

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, praktisch mitten im Zentrum, mit Zugang zu allen Freizeit- und Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Betreuung und Beratung bei Ausflügen ist sehr gut, einschließlich der Abholung, was für die Gäste sehr praktisch ist, da sie nicht zum Treffpunkt kommen müssen. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool, der etwas kalt ist, und einen Fitnessraum, der für die geringen Abmessungen des Hotels in Ordnung ist. Es gibt auch einen professionellen Massageservice, der sehr zu empfehlen ist. Was ich mir von einem besseren Service erhofft hatte, ist die Anordnung der Zimmer, praktisch war es unmöglich, etwas richtig aufzuhängen, sehr wenig Platz, direkt neben dem Bett. Auch beim Frühstück hatte ich mir einen besseren Service erwartet, es war zeitweise ein Chaos, zu viele Gäste und zu viel Personal, das sich gegenseitig in die Quere kam. Das Frühstücksangebot sollte verbessert werden. Ahh, me olvidada es de destacar que todos los dias habia servicio de habitacion, donde limpiaban profundamente, y reponian el cafe, algo de destacar para las pobres gandes cadenas de hoteles que en occidente, que lo hacen cada 2 o 3 dias Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber ich hatte mir mehr von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel erwartet.

Прибыли в отель раньше по времени заселения, заселили без проблем. Персонал не разговаривает по-русски, просили говорить медленнее , без проблем, не возникло не взаимопонимания. В отеле чисто, полотенца меняли каждый день, местоположение удобное, рядом трамвайная остановка, много ресторанов. Номер очень маленький. И жаль, что заявленный бесплатный хамам, оказался платным 10 евро. Бесплатно только бассейн.

Удобное расположение, красивый вид из ресторана. Номер маленький, кровать для двоих тоже маловата, одеяло одно, попросили второе, дали покрывало белое. Бассейн маленький, были один раз за четыре дня. Персонал замечательный, все очень дружелюбные и милые!

Отель в самом центре Стамбула, в пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности. Небольшие, но уютные номера, очень вежливый и внимательный персонал и вкуснейшие завтраки с прекрасным видом на Босфор!

Жили на первом этаже , шикарные стилизованные номера, не большие, но красивые. Есть всё, что необходимо гостю, на рецепции дружелюбный русскоговорящий персонал. Очень рекомендую посетить ресторан на крыше и хамам при отеле 🥰🥰🥰

Nice location, close to main attractions and Galat bridge. The street not very noisy, away from main tourists routes. The rooms are small. Good breakfast with nice roof view. The swimming pool is small and they request swimming caps (that off course you can buy at spa), but sauna and hammam are for extra charge, we were upset by this fact(((( tooth brushes you need to request on reception. The friendliness of staff is 50/50

Disappointed! Reviews were deceptive as they have selected the best pictures to lure in customers- rooftop restaurant of property. Breakfast was lovely and staff in restaurant lovely. Lobby staff would benefit from customer service training. They started well and showed the room - the room looked over at a demolition site and the construction was ongoing and loud. I called and requested another room and they said try tomorrow there is nothing else. I went down to talk to them and they appeared to get into an argument with each other in Turkish and then showed me another room with a tiny window. I preferred to stay in the one with the demolition noise- which they seemed to think was fine as the noise would stop at 6pm. They also told me the sauna was chargeable and swimming pool free. Again why advertise facilities without sharing this. We decided to stay as we had paid up and didn’t have much choice- nothing better was offered the next day- left after two days and upon check out no thanks or hope you had a pleasant stay- just a - did you consume from the mini bar- no?- fine you’re clear. We hadn’t argued or caused a scene but were made to feel very uncomfortable. As a frequent traveller - having visited three other hotels in trabzon- Rize- which were not four star but so much better and having visited Istanbul several times already- - these lot could Definitely could do with training and learn how to say thank you. I would not stay again.
