每次去土耳其都訂這家，總體很滿意，房間還有中式插座，中國人住很親切。在市場附近，交通很方便，就是位置導航每次都有偏差，很難找。

The hotel is very nice, clean, wide and big room, the reception offered me a free upgrade to a 1+1 room. He was very generous and respectful. Unfortunately I saw him only once and couldn't remember his name. The cost was so good and everything is good. Sometimes i have requested something and the room service took longer than usual made me requested it again, I hope they work on it and improve it. The location itself is good, however there's no near bus station, or metro, as the nearest metro is next to mall of Istanbul and it needed to be reached by taxi. If someone got their own car . Then it will be perfect.

Otel guzel, kahvalti, oda genişlik, temiz, personel guleryuzlu, Emin bey teşekkurler (reception) Otelin yerleşmesi uzak ve ulaşim zor, sadece taxi ile. Ama odada 2 kişilik sadece 1 did firçasi ve 1 banyo malzemesi vardi, daha dikkatli olmalarini isteriz.

The location is a little bit far from the heart of the city but it doesn't affect our staying at the hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was awesome with the plenty of variety of dishes. Highly recommend!

Modern and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, great facilities, and friendly staff. The pool and spa are excellent. Location is a bit far from the center, but overall a very good stay.

The hotel is in a quiet area, far from all the tourist spots—good if you want peace, but not convenient for sightseeing. The view from the high floor was lovely, and the room was clean, which I appreciated. However, the service was lacking. We were family of four with two children,had a few requests of bedding for our children during our stay, but they were ignored or delayed, which made the experience frustrating. Not the best choice if you expect good customer service.

Everything was perfect except location as it is located on highway (motorway) it's far from all the tourist attractions which are in town approximately 30/35min drive. Though it's worth booking for excellent view, peaceful, quite spacious, modern amenities, very good and polite staff, good service. It is very tall building with more than 30 floors. We booked Centro suite plus. Altogether we did not regret it.
