Really nice location in a busy area and near the subway station

Отель максимально удобно расположен, в паре минут хотьбы от станции метро и автобусной остановки Османбей, что позволяет простить ему все недостатки. Из плюсов, кроме удобного расположения, это хороший сытный турецкий завтрак, где есть омлет, яйца, разная зелень, фрукты и овощи, много сортов оливок и сыров. Отель размещается в старом историческом здании с деревянными окнами. Улица параллельна главной, но тихая и уютная, здесь много торговых точек местной одежды, пошивочные цеха. Есть магазины продуктов рядом. Столовая на 6 этаже с красивым видом с террасы на город. Персонал добродушные и приветливые люди. В номере есть телевизор и холодильник. Выдают зубную пасту и щетку по запросу. Нет насекомых. Хорошая цена. Из минусов, стены требуют покраски, на них следы от обуви, отваливается подоконник, смыв унитаза плохо работает. Постельное белье со следами от помады, и других загрязнений. Общее состояние комнаты - грязно, уборка за 5 ночей производилась только два раза, по просьбе, полотенца меняют по просьбе. Были в апреле, было прохладно, обогрев от кондиционера. В целом рекомендую для непритязательных туристов, кто не собирается сидеть в отеле, а планирует дела в городе, отель для ночевке и позавтракать - идеален.

When I left the hotel, I clearly informed the staff that I did not want my room to be cleaned, as I didn’t want my personal belongings to be touched. Unfortunately, there were no “Do Not Disturb” signs provided, which most hotels normally have. When I returned, it was obvious that the room had been cleaned anyway, and my key card was left inside the room, which raised serious concerns about privacy and security. I immediately called the reception, but the response was very unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the staff said things like “we are human, we can forget” and “we are busy.” At that moment, they were clearly not busy. They also did not take proper note of my request. When I explained how upset I was, the response was simply “What do you want us to do?” — which is unacceptable in hospitality. While the location is good, I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor service. The room is extremely small, the amenities are minimal and not up to standard, and even the curtains were not clean. Overall, this experience was a waste of time, and I would not stay here again.

I'd like to thank the hotel staff, they are great and friendly. The room was clean and got cleaned regularly during our long stay. The only thing was a few stains on the walls, and perhaps not using white sheets, but other than everything was great My only complaints are the room size, and that our rooms didn't have a safe (others do).
