設備很舊，冰箱，燈，空調都有噪音，衞生很不乾淨，床單臟，感覺不咋換，感覺不對勁，而且地理位置不好，要爬大坡，特別累

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs The room was dirty. The bed and blanket were covered with hairs. The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like an old motorcycle. I couldn’t stay and leave this place. Honestly, it felt more like a scam than a hotel. Save your time and money—do not book this place.

挺滿意的，酒店有點老舊，但是性價比很高了，早晨好吃！薯條、蛋糕都很好吃！早餐還有果汁、紅茶和牛奶，孩子們都很喜歡。下次有機會來伊斯坦堡的話還住這家。老闆管理的很不錯、前台也很熱情！滿分💯給95分！我們是自駕，門口也可以停車，周邊吃的也很多，價格也便宜。位置很好！

Подуставший отель, номер, хорошее расположение, были на авто, помог припарковать сотрудник отеля прямо у входа, за это большое спасибо, рядом с парковкой беда

還可以，衹能説一般，但是在土耳其伊斯坦堡這個價位還可以算不上很好也説不上很差，酒店早飯衹能説可能原因我不是當地人的原因吧，真的一口也吃不下，但是前台服務還是不錯的人很熱情人也很好

The hotel location is far from Taksim. it's a walk of 15 minutes, but all the way is Hill area, so will get tired. Rest the room is quiet, not nuch noisy, amenities also fine, I must advice travellers to bring thier own towels

It’s terrible hotel and staff. Avoid the hotel at any cost, it is very dirty, dull and depressing, the staff aren’t welcoming at all, they watch and count your bites and how many cups of water and tea you drink. There was no toiletry in the (retired) bath, they put a small 35ml water pot in the fridge for each guest, the beddings are dirty and discomfortable, the floor was dirty and full of hair and food from previous guests ( check the photo with this feedback, hair and dry grapes) the location is very steep, the street is dirty and the view isn’t pleasant to the eyes, air condition was outdated and very noisy. Breakfast was ok, but for lunch it was always chicken, and chicken burgers for dinner, there is no open buffet or menu you can choose from, they fill up your plate in the back kitchen and put it on the table. On our check out day, they didn’t provide us with lunch even we showed them our booking that we have paid for it, they said we don’t provide lunch on the check out day, when I was back home I raised the issue with my agency, the hotel claimed that they provided us with lunch. One star is still too much for them, but there is no zero star.
