Viehättävä miljöö, kiva terassi. Hyvä aamupala, siistit huoneet. Avattava ikkuna! Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erinomainen sijainti. Säilytystilaa olisi voinut olla vähän enemmän ja ainoastaan alakerta sopii huonokuntoisille/ vaikeasti liikkuville, jolloin myös aamupalalle pääseminen on haaste. Hyvät näkymät

The worst experience in the hotel. The service was not friendly and helpful. First I did book the boat 永安 through the hotel and pay in dollars, they couldn’t give the change for 2 days, and on the last day the give me back “my 100 dollars” telling its fake. But I’m am definitely sure that was not my money, bec even 10 years old child can understand they are fake. So I lost 100$. Second, on the last day we asked for two taxi to pick us up in the evening, the reception advise us to take their car for 900 lira, in the same time two taxis are just 300 lira, so we said thank you, but asked about just two taxi. In the evening the reception told us, all taxis did go for another hotel, so if you decided yo take our car, you don’t get such problem. And told to us to go to the road to catch the taxi. Nobody even help with luggage. The view from the window in the corridor is beautiful, just can clearly see Sofia. The breakfast is good. The room is tiny, even for one person not comfortable. The cleanliness in the room is poor.
