Excellent hotel to stay very close to tram point location is perfect walking distance to most places breakfast is basic. Rooms are nice size staff are fantastic Shout out to Murot and Alottin who made our stay very nice and comfortable Would definitely stay here in the future👍

Las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas, pero se nota el desgaste. Lo que si tendria que ser el edredón un poco mas grande Pero sin duda repetiría. Lo mejor sus empleados que hacen lo posible por ayudar .

One of the best hotels during our Istanbul stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Mehir, at reception and her friends who were guiding us thru all tourist traps in grand bazar and so on. The food was nice.. Simple but delicious.. Just that the location is not accessible to cars during morning hours.. Please pack your luggages well and plan it.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super. Man kann in wenigen Minuten alles erreichen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist frisch und lecker! Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt.

This hotel is located in an excellent place. Service is good, but I was disappointed the hotel didn't take credit card payments and didn't provide receipts when I asked for them. I was happy with the airport transfer that was available and the tours they managed. They were often promt with pick up and drop off.
