This hotel isn’t a 5* hotel. The bathroom has mould around the seal. The staff are abrupt and struggle to understand English. They are not helpful at all. I wouldn’t bother to complain as nobody is bothered. They have a lot of staff not doing a great deal. Also appear to not have any of the basics like caramel syrup and cream for cod drinks in the Starbucks onsite.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the spacious lobby is ideal for informal talks with business partners. Special thanks to Mr. Mehmet at the front desk on the night of April 28 to the morning of April 29. He was friendly and professional, and helped us a lot by arranging a late checkout due to our tight schedule for the next day’s conference. The room was clean and quiet, with all necessary amenities, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Our whole team felt comfortable and well taken care of—highly recommended for business travelers. İş seyahatimiz için bu konferans otelinde konakladık ve genel deneyimimizden çok memnun kaldık. The hotel Is clean and nice. Services are ok, but what is missing is a nice bar to have a drink in a nice environment. the Spa is nice but pricey... The hotel is located far from the city centre, so it's good just for attending conventions or for similar reasons.

The hotel is effectively an island in a sea of rubble. The roads are too dangerous to walk anywhere from the hotel. The hotel does not provide any outside seating, even the pool is indoor. The large reception / seating area has too few areas to sit. Some of the reception staff were very helpful but others seemed to go out of their way to be awkward. Laundry is expensive! Breakfast lacks protein options, just eggs and sausage. The rooms are comfortable however the shower in over the bath and there is a significant marble surround to negotiate into and out of the bath. The hotel doesn’t provide any documentation on sites of interest and it’s a 30 min taxi to reach the old town.

The reception not welcome person, the location also very comfortable to reach anywhere else, the breakfast very poor, a lot of yogurts but for vegans only salat, tomatoes, cucumbers. For sure not for vegans. It was a big jacuzzi but it was not possible to use it because the button to switch shower didn’t work and it was started to smell bad. At the night time impossible to reach to the reception. The price not suits with service. Not recommend.
