The hotel is clean and 🫥breakfast is acceptable

To be honest, the good things were: The day-shift receptionist was very kind and helpful, and the location was good, close to the metro. They were protecting animals from the cold and feeding them, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good for the price of the room. The bad things: The hotel stairs and corridors were dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed. When I entered the hotel room, I found the floors, bed, and bathroom unclean. I won’t go into details, but it was unacceptable. Believe me, I told the morning receptionist about it, and he promptly took action. A cleaning staff member (male, foreign national) came to the room and asked me what he should do. I told him to clean the room. Instead of vacuuming the floor, which was clearly necessary, he tried to clean it with a mop, spreading the dirt around even more. He was terribly unprofessional. Even after he changed the bedsheet, there was still hair on it. There was hair on the bed—not just one or two strands. I told the receptionist about it a second time, and we even inspected the room together. The receptionist warned the cleaner to do a proper job. I told them, "Please make sure this is resolved when I return. I don't want to deal with this anymore." When I came back, yes, some things had been improved, but there were still issues. I had to disinfect the toilet myself to be able to use it. I was forced to sleep on a bed that still had someone else’s hair on it. I couldn’t sleep properly and got maybe 3 hours of sleep. I wrapped a piece of paper around the pillow and slept like that. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review, but even after addressing the issue twice, things still didn’t improve completely. All I wanted was a clean room. I had to deal with a nightmare of a room.

The staff are polite and accurate

It is a very wonderful hotel and has all the wonderful services. We had a great time at this hotel. We hope to return to the hotel on the next 永安. The best thing about this hotel is that there is a person who is fluent in some languages, especially Arabic, and this is an excellent thing for people coming from Arab countries.
