酒店服務非常好，會主動幫忙拿行李送到房間，也會幫忙約車等。酒店的床品等設施也很好。地理位置就在歐洲區老城區的中心，步行去往藍色清真寺、大巴扎、索菲亞大教堂等景點都很方便。

非常好！服務好得不得了！還沒下出租車，管家 iBRAHiM就來酒店門口接，人非常nice，很有人情味，並且幫忙免費升成套房，還送行李到房間，詳細介紹各種設備用法，並幫助連wifi，退房還幫忙聯繫了司機來接。特別特別推薦！伊斯坦堡服務態度最好的酒店，離老城景點都很近。

とにかく立地が最高です。主要な観光地は徒歩もしくはトラムでアクセスできるので、タクシーは使わなかったです。大通りに面していないので靜かなのも良かったです。

Very nice hotel. Excellent and safe location. The best thing about this hotel is the staff which is absolutely magnificent. They are extremely helpful especially if you have a car, help with luggage. They are absolutely top. Regarding the room, the rooms are very nice, they had most bath products only for one person instead of two, which was the only downside. They were renewing water bottles every day in the room which was great but coffee sticks and tea only every 2 days. Generally a very good experience

Even though it's a Four Star hotel the service and the providers deserve 5 star . Such an amazing service .  Middle of main attractions. Highly recommended.  Special mention to MR. IBRAHIM and of the receptionist guy who worked last night was truly amazing and very helpful.

We came to Istanbul for 4 nights and stayed in this hotel. Firstly, I have to say, the staff are so helpful and kind, Ibrahim really helped us out last min when our booked taxi cancelled on us. And Ibrahim quickly arranged another with a decent price.👍🏽 Also, when we first checked in, the first staff we met was really good and showed us around our room and upgraded our room with a complimentary breakfast which was really good. The hotel is clean neat and tidy which is what we were looking for. It is close to everything we wanted to do, we were so surprised how close it was to spice bazar. The hotel can do with a few more English tv channels but who’s here to watch tv 😀. The room was comfy and clean, and quiet. But as with all hotels, some areas need redecorating, which wasn’t a problem. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely come back Thank you to all the staff in Fer hotel.
