Kaldığım en kötü 5 yıldızlı oteldi check in sırasında yarim saat bekledim oda tanıtımı olmadı kahvaltı saatleri söylenmedi başka odaların istediği ürünler 2 defa odama getirildi saygısızca rahatsız edildim çalışan bazi personelin konuşması sokak ağzı ve 5 yıldızlı otele uygun hizmet yapılmiyor kendimi pansiyonda kalmış gibi hissettim hayal kırıklığı..

الفندق جيد ونظيف جدا و الموظفين متعاونين والافطار جيد ومتنوع ولكن عيبه الوحيد هو الموقع كان موجود على تله ولابد من طلوع منحدر كبير للاعلى..اما الباقي فكل شئ ممتاز

The hotel is good. It’s clean and has good breakfasts. The location is not that good and you need take taxi to anywhere. The Taxi drivers cheat foreigners and they don’t follow the meter and always asked for much more money from their our experiences. From our group, almost everyone got bad taxi drivers experience. The front desk told us if they call a taxi for us, it usually is good but not from my own experience. The driver is still asking for more money. If you have local currency and then you can save 10% service fee. Another bad experience we had is the Spa on site. We had 5 people went to nearby 5 start rating Spa and massage place, they had wonderful experience. And one still want to do and suggested to do on site to save 10min walking at late night. And 5 people had Hamam and massage service at this hotel. Same price got much worse service.: shorter time, lighter pressure,. They asked us to go to steam-room, but it is not hot and we called two times and then they told us that we need to wait 5min and the steams will come out. And you serve us 5 people and why can you turn it on first for us? And two people in a massage room while other place has private room for everyone. And other place did not count steam time. We spent about 2 hour there while this place only we only spent about hour and 20min. How can they ask the same price for such service? We are very unhappy due to the comparison.

По работе на Merter идеальный отель. Вышел и сразу в нужном месте. Нужно передохнуть сходил в номер и отдохнул. Потом так же ха 5 минут вернулся на рынок
