The experience of staying in this hotel was very bad. We booked a standard room. Upon our arrival, they gave us a room with a small window that looked like a prison window. In addition, the room was on the fourth floor, close to the heating devices or something similar. There was a loud noise throughout the night without stopping. Also, the shower water was not hot. Even when we asked for water from the hotel staff, they did not bring us water. They took it to the elevator and told us to leave the room and take it from the elevator. When we told the receptionist that the room wasn't okay, she didn't solve the problem for us and didn't care about the matter. Unfortunately, we didn't expect such a bad experience.

Die Deluxe Zimmer sind definitiv kleiner als angegeben, auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer entsprechen nicht dem Kriterium „Deluxe“, eher Durchschnitt. Aber alles in allem noch akzeptabel und ein noch durchschnittliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
