Ужасный отель , такое у меня впервые в Турции, хамство и сервис и номер на чердаке с заклеинными окнами из которых дуло . Хотите испортить себе переезд посетите этот отель

Unpleasant Stay Due to Smoke Smell in Room I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. My room constantly smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. It was difficult to sleep because the smell was strong and persistent, as if someone nearby was actively smoking. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the problem wasn’t resolved during my stay. For guests who are sensitive to smoke or simply expect a clean, fresh room, this is a big issue. A hotel should be able to enforce its non-smoking policy and ensure proper ventilation or provide alternatives when problems arise. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the air quality and enforcement of non-smoking rules for future guests.

I don't give horrible reviews, but this hotel has done its best to receive it. The ac was not working in the first room, which smelt heavily of cigarettes. The ac was not work8ng in the second room. You have to turn it off and on every 30-40 minutes to restart it. And the day I was there, it was almost 40c The lift was not working when I had to come down, and no one helped. The water was freezing cold, so maybe that's what the remote-controlled. The bath room door was broken and the floor in the room was sticky When I requested a reduction in stay, they said its not the hotel fault that I was not enjoying my stay 2 Also it's very far from the airport. And a far walk from the bus stop, which is 10-12 minutes away if you come from the airport, catch the H-6 bus at stop 3 or 19 at the ground transportation floor. Would I stay there again, no Would I recommend it to my worst enemy? Yes

Make sure you bring your stuffs, no toothpaste toothbrush but that’s ok, everything’s clean and it’s affordable for solo travel. The stuff so helpful and speak English very well.

I booked loft for an overnight stay between flights. This hotel was perfect for that purpose. Clean room, everything needed was available and the hotel also provided transfer services to and from the airport. I even got a balcony although I wasn’t there long enough to see much daylight.

Для ночлега на одну ночь между рейсами сойдет. Но я добиралась на автобусе, а от остановки, не зная местоположение, идти было далековато. В номере по мелочам было несколько недочётов: телевизор не работал, не переключался смеситель на душевую лейку, очень маленькая единственная чашка, не для чая. Не рекомендую заказывать еду в номер. Я заказала завтрак, но это было очень скудно за 10$. В Арнавюткей есть более достойные отели и с более близкой локацией.
