德米瑞温泉酒店 (Demiray Hotel Old City)

Отель расположен в исторической части Стамбула. До главных достопримечательностей 10 минут пешком. Завтраки хорошие, номера чистые, персонал всегда на связи. Есть бассейн, сауна. Главная фишка отеля, это терраса на 5 этаже, где проходят завтраки и в остальное время, работает, как ресторан. Вернемся обязательно в этот отель.

Отличный отель в старом центре Стамбула! Прекрасное расположение в туристической зоне. Очень хорошие завтраки и потрясающий вид на город с открытой террасы ресторана!

Das Hotel entspricht in Service und Ausstattung eher einem guten 4-Sterne-Standard. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel fehlt es an gewissen Annehmlichkeiten und dem gehobenen Komfort, den man in dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Besonders der Frühstücksbereich sowie der Wellnessbereich sind solide, aber eher mit einem 4-Sterne-Hotel vergleichbar und werden dem Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hotels nicht gerecht.

My stay at Demiray Hotel was excellent! The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and welcoming. Overall, I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend Demiray Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at the Demiray. It is in a great location in Sultanahmet which is walking distance to the Grand Bizarre, Spice Bizarre, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace. It is close to the T1 tram. Be aware that there are steep steps nearby which google maps using took us back to the hotel via! I am sure you could find a way round it. Views from roof terrace are fantastic. You can see the rest of Istanbul and the Bosporus. Our room was large and had a great view too.

The personal in hotel nice and friendly. The room was okey , a bit small but quiet. The location was a bit complicated for us. As we had 1 year old baby and my mom with painful knee it was really hard to walk all that up and down every day from the hotel to the main locations in old city . And somehow even taxi couldn’t come to the hotel, explaining that some roads are closed. My poor mom should walk up a lot just to return to the hotel. For us as a family we were thinking that it will be easier to stay in old city and easier to go to all locations but honestly it was not good decision. The hotels in that area very expensive and just not worthy. So much ups and down. But if you don’t have with you small kids and old people the place can be very good for you . From the top of the hotel you can see a beautiful view. And breakfasts very good as well .

I’m a regular visitor to demiray hotel nevertheless they never fail to impress me with their hospitality, kindness, wide range continental breakfast, amazing amenities and wonderful restaurant views. The rooms are always clean comfortable and tidy tthanks to the staff especially Ebro , also the restaurant team was welcoming and friendly especially Jaso, add to that their desk staff whom always making the things easier for us. We are definitely looking forward to come back soon.

We truly loved every bit of demiray hotel from the aesthetic of the reception , the rooms , the breakfast , the rooftop view everything if I were you and I was looking for a perfect hotel in istanbul I would not search anymore let me be more specific: We were greeted by the beautiful Ezgi at the reception with a smile and friendly attitude that made us feel like we were visiting friends and family , since i also work in the same field this is what we strive for a perfect check in , she politely gave us complimentary tea and turkish coffee and handed us the keys to the room always eager to help us with any information after explaining the times of breakfast and the hotels included free access areas ( swimming pool, hammam , turkish bath , sauna ) , Hasan the bellboy then took our stuff explaining in detail what is included in the room water and the amenities were complimentary tap water is not safe to drink in istanbul but all the bellboys always brought us water anytime we needed and with a smile . In the first night we stayed in the hotel we had a issue with the shower phone it was fixed but It broke again the next day , Mert who was at the night shift at the time gave us a complimentary upgrade and also he told us that if possible the change could happen on his shift and not the other shift , I write this down because since I work on this field i find Mert to be a very good , hardworking professional and excellent colleague since he solved a issue so quick in order to not bother the next shift , truly a excellent receptionist and he has my respect . On the third day of our stay we did a huge walk from taksim to the Hotel but we didn't eat anything we arrived back at the hotel and we wanted to order food , Emroh when I told him my request which as a front office manager myself i know it is not a part of the receptionist duties especially at night , immediately spoke with his colleague and they ordered us a pizza which was amazing we left the cash and went to the room , it shows Emroh can go above and beyond for demiray hotel customers and deserves a big applause . On the last day I requested a late check out to Emroh which was accepted and it made us very happy since we could come back take a shower and leave , the hotel has a luggage room which was very convenient . As for the breakfast it was Huge with great cold and warm options which change everyday , Cansu and the rest of the staff always assisted us with a smile and made our day from the beginning ! I have to applaud the housekeeping team esma and selma which cleaned the room to perfection and made us a beautiful design see picture bellow and since we know housekeeping is difficult for everyone we tried our best to keep the room as clean as possible . Our room was beautiful with a bathtub and it had an beautiful design and a very comfortable big sized bed . The rooftop has a 360 view of the bosphorus with view of the Hagia Sophia Galata and all the other mosques trully amazing ( Photos bellow ) . One of the most important things to note which impressed us is that Ugur the manager was always on duty ready to help, he spoke perfect English and he also looked the part with a stunning suit and a beautiful red patterned tie , it is very important for the hotel to have a nice team and this is what the manager does the best , as a front office manager myself I know Ugur has made an amazing team consisting of great all rounded receptionists that all in their unique ways made our stay memorable and amazing and deserves a big applause for his work . 房間還OK，但是有一點味道，窗外是巷子對面的建築。屋頂餐廳的景色超棒，正對波斯布魯斯大橋，同時看到歐洲新城Galata塔樓和亞洲丘陵景色。酒店位置優越，在老城核心地段，步行15分鐘可以到藍色清真寺、索菲亞大教堂、地下水宮、埃及方尖碑、Galata大橋、香料巴扎、大巴扎、蘇雷曼清真寺等著名景點。

Everything was within a reasonable walking distance. We found the service to be superb and the hotel was the best we have stayed in in all of Turkeye. We stayed closer to the mosques durig our last stay in the city and we liked how quiet this area was in comparison. The breakfast, view, room, and bed were all exceedibgly good. I would stay here again.
