Highly unresponsive staff and reception. Even after asking to get few things like coffee, sugar etc.. It took 4 hrs to refill. Even the basic electric kettle was missing in the room. The Dish TV was also not working. After complaining for Electric Kettle & Dish TV they worked on it and later replaced those things. Even the lift doesn't function properly and is extremely slow. Furthermore, I had to cut short my stay in the hotel by 1 night and they denied to refundy money back for additional 1 night as I had done booking

I stayed for 2 days. Breakfast at its restaurant is well guided me, foreigner by staff. Floor is clean.

Arrived at 2030h on 20 Jan 25 and was alloted room 207. The room was clean but no towel in the bathroom. There was no hotwater for bath and shower button was missing. The towel rack is fixed directly over the WC. The fridge was not working. The TV was not functioning. It took one hour to fix these problems. The next morning found only one milk pouch for coffee. The coffee tea kettle stopped working half way. The bathroom again didn't have hot water. The room was not even checked. The front desk admitted to this. Further, the room does not have any ventilation and the fan regulator is not functioning. The service leaves a lot to be desired..

The stay was horrible. 5th jan night i stayed there. After 1:30 am there was a power cut till morning 6:50 and no one is responded properly. There is no alternative for them. Due to this no sleep in the entire night.

The property location is convenient. Amenities are good. The room and toilet were clean. Pleasant interior. The complimentary breakfast was not good. Please change your cook.
