we have taken room with bath tub and paid thrice for this room. but bathtub and bathroom amenities are in broken condition. bathtub drain knob is not working. no bathroom supllies provided. even no drinking water in the room.

I had completed my booking for hotel keptown jaipur rajasthan. this property location is ok but staff members were very un cooperative and lazy. service very poor and slow there is no maintenance for hotel 🏨

Food quality not good, hot water not available, dirty bed sheet, the tariff rate was very high ***** with the hotel facilities. 2nd time repeat booking experience

Horrible. Room was unclean and disgusting. Indoor poor was disgusting. Abandoned our stay and left

The room was not up to the mark not properly cleaned and bathroom was also not cleaned properly. The ac stopped working in the middle of the night. And the plaster in the room wall was also falling off. The food was okay. But other than that the room I didn’t click the pictures as i got upset and busy with my work

The room looked good but the swimming pool was clean and we saw insects in the pool and in the room

Hotel does not have its own restaurant so include breakfast option is just waste of money. Rooms also ok ok type not worth of money. Room window was damaged due to which ac exhaust gases were entering into the room and heating the room. So overall bad experience

Stay was decent but i really disappointed with their services. They are lacking in providing basic internet service and their hair dryer machine is also not working. Rated: 1/5 stars
