寶石套房酒店 (Gems Suites-A Boutique Stay)

Простой отель в тихом районе, приятные сотрудники. Заявленных микроволновки и фена не было, но мы и не спрашивали. Необходимую посуду в номер принесли. Сделали милый подарок по случаю дня рождения.

The TV was not working so room has to be changed .No parking space .No room for Drivers to take rest .No food available for drivers .Moreover no moisturizer,no dental kit & no shaving kit provided .Food items very costly .Location very interior .Bad experience .

room were in fine shape but bathroom needs repair work + the size of bathroom is too small. I found the person sitting on reception is rude. Overall if someone has to stay for 1 day then it can be recommended but not for long stay

It is blend of modern and traditional decor. Ambience is cozy with spacious rooms and clean, comfortable, furnishings. Rooms are big and clean.

The hotel rooms are very clean and hygienic. They are spacious with enough sunlight and the balconies are really nice. The staff and owner himself are very supportive and kind. They try to help you in every way possible to make the stay comfortable.

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and food quality was very good and check in and check out was very easy

Hotel gems suites have good spacious rooms, excellent service and provide kitchen equipments on request. Amazing staff. Location is 100 mtr inside the main road and parking could be slightly challenging, nevertheless ample of space is available at main road. My stay was amazing at the site. Will really recommend hotel.

We had a horrible experience at gems suite. First of all the room that was promised with balcony - we didnt got that. As per pictures we had a larger sized balcony. But in reality the balcony was small. Next - attitude of the care taker. Was as if they had done mercy on us and we had got the room at cheaper price. He literally told us that due to these booking platform you had got room at cheaper rate. And in real the room rate was high but in reality the room were not worth that much also it didnt end there, when we asked for fresh cups and cutlery, we were told that those are washable and to wash and use. For breakfast also whenever we asked for some option from the menu, we were denied stating cook is not there. No toileteries to add on. Room was cleaned only once. And when we asked for laundry. They straight away denied. But we dont provide. Next day, the guy said. Yes it is there but at 10% discount. I really want some action to be taken. This is really the worst experience.

The experience at the hotel gems suits was quite disappointing. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room and only one glass available. There was no night light, just bright lights in the room. We made coffee, and when we asked for a cup for morning tea, the staff said the cup had already been provided, although we had used it and requested a fresh one. There was no cover on the blanket, and the hotel staff behaved as if we had stolen something, which was a very bad experience overall

This hotel is only worth for 1500-1800/ night without breakfast . as it’s just basic hotel and is inside a residential area .if you plan to go in winters please ensure for room heaters before you go else you may be charged extra! Hygiene wise it’s clean . Rest just a basic one ! No breakfast buffet . service is okish
