麥德帕克斯齊普爾 (Madpackers Jaipur)

Het was echt heel erg leuk! Mijn vader ging voor het eerst in een hostel slapen en de tours waren erg leuk. Dankjewel❤️

Typical "hey bro" backpacker hostel, but very nice kids at reception. Our double room was clean and adequate. Location is right around the corner of the old city. Nice rooftop for socialising. There is not really any way to close the door silently, so expect a lot of slamming doors in the morning. But as far as hostels go, it is quite good (although we did not see the dorms).

Madpackers Hostel Jaipur is a warm, vibrant haven for travelers. 시설은 나름 깔끔했고 조식도 먹을만 했고 전체적으로 가성비가 훌륭했습니다.

We liked our stay. It has a hostel vibe. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are specious and amenities are good. But Rooms are pretty cold at night. Overall a good stay

Next to Mawa Mahal and a few good restaurants. Building is nice, food is ok, reception service is a bit slow during the evening. Nice rooftop, especially during parties

In the centre of Jaipur with an excellent rooftop view. Good ambivalence at night. However, music plays at obscene times of the day/night (23:30/01:00/06:30?!) with deep bass that can be felt through the walls. My friends and I had private rooms and weren’t there for a party experience, but I’m sure it would have been a banging time if we were. The rooms were a mixed bag in terms of cleanliness. Good beds. Decent bedding. The kettle was however horrific, as were the teabags on offer. Grime and old dirt crusted within the kettle showed a lack of thorough cleaning. The bathrooms smelled of particularly rotten sewage, too. As for check-in, the procedure took too long and they wanted far too many details. It’s not ideal after a flight, and whilst I understand it’s customary for the hostel, it is the first time to happen to us in India. It felt over the top. We also arranged to do laundry there and the entire thing was a mess. The lady running the reception is smiley and lovely, but it was a complete hassle getting our clothes back. We were concerned we might not see them again, haha! If you want somewhere safe, central and with a good view, go for it. I would next time stay a little further out of the centre but that’s just me! Here, you get what you pay for :)
