I was extremely impressed right from the moment I arrived. Extremely professional & welcoming staff. A very nice room with a smart TV & very comfortable bed.

The stay was not that great at rawal, they did not provide use with the amenities mentioned and there was powercut issue constantly. I won’t visit it again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean. The staff were friendly and gladly accommodated our request for an early check-in. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing juice and water — a thoughtful touch, especially considering how hot it gets in Jaipur. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We booked a room for 3 persons and were promised told a second bed. Instead we were provided a mattress without a separate bed. As a result one person was forced to sleep on the floor. We feel cheated and demand a refund.

Rooms are very compact and has no window or view of outside. There is no intercom in any room. Bath towels were soiled. There was no buffet in breakfast. At the time of check out hote couldn’t issue bill invoice and asking me to get it from makemy永安.
