Excellent experience to stay in this hotel because of heritage type of hotel and very helpful staff of the hotel

my experience was not there . as we reached there we asked for one room the room was available so we booked it and then we got back to the same hotel the receptionist got angry and he said " ab aapko accha room nhi milega" we asked kitna difference hai he said "din raat ka" guys we want a room just for a night stay as my exam was there in the next mrng so i dont think i have to pay just for a night as i have to check out at 6 and also there is no free wifi (dont know he said so because he got angry with us for booking the room) the experience was terrible 😞

Yahan per matlab sab kuchh achcha lag a mujhe ma-gar kamre ke andar safai nah-in hai jaise humne photo mein dekha tha vaisa kuchh nah-in hai

I have booked for two night in this hotel due to bad hotel room, food and staff behavior, i have to left hotel only stay one night. I have face financial loss to booked this hotel, i am regular y on business 永安, this is my very bad experience.
