辛格宮酒店 (Hotel Singh Palace)

No educate light Bathroom door don't have lock Air-conditioning was not working.....even after complain....not shift to Ac room. Peon....was handling the hotel.... Owner doesn't know any thing... Horrible stay

Okk so first of all we reached early mrng so even after the availability of room they denied to give the early checkin and asked for 100 rs per hour for early checkin hours after an argument they agreed to give early. Checkin saying that the charges are very low for stay. So we said is that our fault that your stay charges are low? Ok so after checkin no towel no soup no drinking water was provided even they charged for the drinking water and the sink of washroom didn’t have the drain pipe so whenever we used the sink the water used to fall on our feet no geezer in the washroom we had to take bath with cold water only in winters and only one switch board in the room which was used by TV so for even charging we had to remove the TV thn charge and only one dim light was available overall it wasnt the room and facilities which they have mentioned worst hotel experience ever non co operative staff no proper facilities provided

no service. & no breakfast available. refund my money of breakfast ASAP very poor service. not recommended

bakbas hotel whatever they mentioned in facility nothing was there. pine ka pani bhi aapko kharid kr hi pine ko milega dustbin toiletry product kuch bhi available nhi tha

The room was decent only and the size was small ac was not working toothpaste was not provided nor brush complementary breakfast was also not provided it was the worst part of my experience even after extra charge they didn’t provide us breakfast

Room size was good but pillows and bedsheet was smelling. Staff behaviour was nice overall ok in this price range

Unfortunately, my stay at your hotel was not as pleasant as expected. The room was not as clean as i would have liked, and the service at the restaurant was slow. Additionally, the noise level in the hallways was quite disruptive at night. I hope you can take these issues into consideration for future guests.

A very good budget hotel. Staff is courteous. Rooms are clean. Overall comfortable stay. Stay is without any inconvenience
