Not at all satisfied with how the hotel management had taken care of our issues/concerns. Ignoring complaints about the nuisance caused by other guests, security and safety of the guests which caused a really bad scaring experience. Housekeeping breaking into the rooms with the master keys for “cleanups” without prior information nor notifying that the cleanup was in progress when the guests were out and enjoying their vacation.

Room vibe was good, bed sheets, cleanliness, smell, all fresh. Location wise super 👌🏻. Bathroom toiletries were missing. Although the room service was fast but it would have been better if the things were already there instead of asking again and again. Also, breakfast was good, not excellent. Overall experience nice and good. 😊

Hotel premises & rooms are neat and clean, well maintained. Car parking is away, my car was parked by hotel staff. Food is little costly with excellent preparation. Overall very good place to stay in Jaipur. Thanks

Had a stay for 3 days at Royale Lalit. It was an amazing experience. Food was on top. Room service is very good. Stall was very helpful. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The location, food, and services were good, but not the property's interior. walls had cracks, water spillage issues in rooms, and water dripping issues in the washroom. My earlier allotted room lock wasn't working so I had to change my room as well.
