I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. First of all, the room was far from clean – there were visible stains on the bedding, dust on surfaces, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. It gave a very unhygienic impression overall. To make matters worse, I tried to contact the hotel ahead of my arrival to confirm a few details, but the phone number listed on 永安 was completely wrong. I wasted a lot of time trying to get in touch, only to reach an unrelated business. This added unnecessary stress to my 永安. When I arrived, the staff at the front desk were cold and unhelpful. No welcome, no explanation of amenities, and no effort to make guests feel comfortable. It felt like we were a burden rather than paying guests. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be staying here again and would caution others to look elsewhere.

Nuestra primera experiencia en India, la atención de todos los chicos es muy buena, todos son muy amables y atentos. (10/10) Se puede llegar muy fácil y rápido (caminando) a la estación de tren central, perfecto si estas pensando tomar el tren hacia Agra. A 15min caminando encuentras un restaurante /bar muy bonito y nice. The Forresta Las atracciones turísticas están a aproximadamente 30min en coche.

Stay was quite good but I am expecting the house keeping come next day to clean the room but they didn't send any housekeeping so just a suggestion If a guest was there so they have to send housekeeping too for another day. Otherwise all things are nice

I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable. very good experience.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Excellent experience, it's a great place to stay, good accomodation and really friendly staff. I don't understand why bad reviews if the hotel is nice, well located and its price value is affordable. Extremely happy and for sure I will book again when ever I'll be in Jaipur. I'm from Colombia - South America and Reeve Inn was my best experience in All India!!!
