Very non cooperative staff at the reception. Didnt allow my brother to come up to the room at night for a small visit. We had booked presidential suite and still they didnt allow family to visit for an hour which is ridiculous

We had an amazing stay at Novotel Jaipur! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and in a great location close to Jaipur airport. The rooms are very comfortable and the food was excellent. A special thank you to Mercy and Sumanta — they were truly the best! Their warm hospitality, kindness, and attentive service made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!
