There is no water giving to the customer. Tv is not working. Service is very poor

The toilets were very dirty, there was a foul smell coming out of them, there was no proper bathing facility in the bathroom, nor were any fan going on, apart from this, there was a lot of suffocation inside the room and the window was not opening. The bedsheet was very dirty, the pillows were dirty,

Property is situated on prominent location ie on shipra path main road. It was a short stay so we don't had food but cold cofee prepared in night was good and tea in the morning was satisfactory. All basic amenities was available and washroom was neat and clean.
