For a regular user you are inflating the price and the showing discount on that amount by giving coupons where as in on other sites the price is much cheaper.

Lift availability is quick.
Welcome drink is so tasty.

Hotel was not clean and comfortable as expected, it’s a old property in a new brand . It should have been more comfortable in terms of bedding’s and towels, toiletries etc

Few improvements needed : Housekeeping needs considerable improvement, towels were old and dirty… also people on reception are very rude..

Food was awesome especially the server Nasir who was very polite and helped me to arrange food at midnight. Location is right in Heart of the City all main important points are in just a few minutes distance. Very cordial frontline staff.
