horrible experience. we've travelled so much but have never been to worse hotel than this one. Arrogant staff, lack of hygiene

Hotel was located at a prime location but rooms and infra was not well maintained. Not worth for family to stay even for a night. I booked a suit room which was not at par what you would generally get at 3 star property. Also they serve 1 item per person as complimentary breakfast service. Below average hotel in terms of rooms and breakfast services/ options.

I recently stayed at the grand anshul and had a great experience. Room was clean and comfortable, few staff were friendly, and facilities were well-maintained. Location is convenient for local attractions. Breakfast could use more variety, but overall, i highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay
